February 14, Holy Eucharist for the 6th Sunday after Epiphany

Weather Notice

From Pastor Diane . . .

Sunday, February 14th Worship

We will conduct our livestream worship service Sunday, February 14th at 10:15 am as usual. However, if the weather is such that it makes it difficult and unsafe for the worship team to get to church to do that, we will invite people to join a Zoom gathering instead — if that is the case, we will advise everyone by 9:00 am Sunday, so check your email.

Ash Wednesday Service

As we prepare for our virtual Ash Wednesday service at 7:00 pm, we plan to conduct a livestream service. However, as with tomorrow, should the weather make it difficult and unsafe for the worship team to be at church, we will instead invite people to join a Zoom gathering.

Note that, for the Ash Wednesday service, we will make ashes available to anyone who wishes to have them. I will bless the ashes on Wednesday night during the service, and you can impose them on yourself and/or on family members. I will explain all of this during the Ash Wednesday service.

If you would like ashes, you need to contact Paul Shackford or me as soon as possible. We will have ashes at our homes, and you can pick them up (in plastic bags) from Sunday afternoon through Wednesday.

If you have any questions, email me or Paul at pshackford@gmail.com or call the church or Paul at 551 486-4381.
